Son of Livia Drusilla and stepson of Augustus, Drusus was a decorated army commander whose most notable accomplishment was the conquest of the Alps in 15 BCE. Though Drusus would die in 9 BCE, his brother Tiberius, grandson Caligula, son Claudius, and great-grandson Nero would all become Roman emperors.
